Arte Doku Club (2026+)

An ongoing event series for all fans of Arte documentaries: We meet, watch and talk!

Since early 2026, I have been inviting all friends of open social discourse to join the Arte Doku Club. As a big Arte fan myself, I want to use this event to multiply the impact of an Arte documentary: instead of experiencing the exciting ideas and big questions alone, we can discuss and explore them together. Good documentaries move us, raise awareness, and motivate us to change, and that is exactly what I want to bring to life.

We meet regularly at die Anstoß e.V. and start the evening with a short Arte documentary that serves as a starting point for stimulating discussions.
Interested parties can also sign up for the regular newsletter (in German).

CubeCalc (2024)

A 3D visualization of the consensus algorithm for minimizing logical formulae using three.js.

After having been transformed to its disjunctive normal form (DNF) the product terms (AND terms) are represented as cubes (n-tuples) in the cube calculus. Via the consensus algorithm, one can find overlaps of these cubes that eliminate variables. The disjunction of the remaining non-overlapping cubes (retransformed to product terms) represents a minimized version of the original formula. If there are three literals in the formula, it is possible to represent the cubes graphically in a 3D cube-like environment and visualize the overlapping.

The solution is not optimal.

LightTiles (2023)

A simple browser-based puzzle game with nine levels.

The goal is to fill the empty spaces on the board with your green tiles avoiding the red obstacles. However, movement is limited…
